MILT JONES | President and Founder

Long respected as one of the most innovative and authoritative marketing gurus in the business, Milt heads The Jones Agency and its parent corporation, Desert Publications, Inc.  He is publisher of Palm Springs Life magazine and many other successful and visually beautiful lifestyle/tourist publications.  

He was a key player in the development of such internationally known desert attractions as the Bob Hope Classic and Kraft Nabisco golf tournaments, the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway and the Spa Hotel & Casino.


KYLE RADKE | Senior VP and General Manager

Kyle is responsible for strategic business development and management of the Jones Agency. She also serves as the Agency’s Strategic Planner with specific expertise in business development, marketing and communications.

Formerly advertising/marketing specialist with Murphy Marketing Alliance and VP Director of Retail Operations for McDonald's Corporation, she has over 30 years of marketing experience and served in previous posts in the Chicago area as vice president of graphic and creative services with DDB Needham, VP of Operations with Bayer, Bess Vanderwarker and VP of Creative Production services for HDM/Dawson, Johns and Black.

Kyle is an active board member for the Ad Federation of the Desert, as well as other high profile marketing memberships and non profit leadership positions.


RICH KERLIN | Account Director/Public Relations Specialist

With more than 20 years experience in marketing, promotion and public relations disciplines, Rich Kerlin serves as Account Director and PR Specialist for the Agency’s clients.  

Prior to joining The Jones Agency, Rich was SVP, Consumer Marketing for Waggener Edstrom Worldwide, where he managed the launch of its consumer marketing practice for Microsoft, Boeing, T-Mobile and Oliver People Eyewear accounts, among others. Kerlin was VP/Managing Director and US Director, Promotional Marketing at Hill & Knowlton Los Angeles, working with Ford Motor Company, California Department of Health and Home Depot and VP, Promotions at Initiative Media Los Angeles, leading the West Coast promotion, publicity and product placement divisions and managing campaigns for Disney, CBS, Carl’s Jr., In and Out Burger and Kendall Jackson wines, among others.

Kerlin has also held marketing, promotion and public relations positions at Walt Disney Theatrical Productions and Disney Attractions & Resorts in Southern California.


PHILLIP LARGE | Writer/Producer/Editor

Phillip is the creative voice for all Jones Agency print, TV and radio.  He has over 20 years experience in the business of entertainment production, marketing and branding and has been awarded the highest honors for writing, producing and directing, voted into the Directors Guild of America.   His former self-owned business Another Large Production, worked with all the majors studios with offices in Los Angeles and New York.

Phillip has also been responsible for hospitality corporate image, training, sales and convention support for Starwood Resorts, The Sunset Marquis, The ‘W’ Westwood, Small Luxury Hotels, Hampton Inns and Holiday Inn Corp.


MARYANNE COURY | Media Manager

Maryanne brings over 25 years experience in the entertainment business to Jones Agency media sales as our Media Manager. Former VP of Media at MGM-United Artists, VP, Media 20th Century Fox Studios, Associate Media Director at TBWA/Chiat Day and locally as Director of Media for Agua Caliente Spa, Resort and Casino, Maryanne knows the ins and outs of well executed media plans and how to maximize clients' budgets with added-value.

Maryanne has a Masters in Communication from UCLA, RIAA AWARD, Natl. Outdoor Award.  Member of Women in Film, Women in Cable, Who’s Who in Media and Natl. Female Assoc. of Female Executives.


VAUGHN STEVENS
| Production Manager

Vaughn’s marketing and design, comprehensive strategies and flawless traffic coordination make him a pivotal player on the Jones team. Vaughn assures deadlines and deliverables are always met and client’s expectations surpassed.


CRISTIN BALCHUNAS
l CRMA Network Administrator

Cristin brings a wealth of administrative experience and knowledge to the Jones organization. Her organizational skills are unmatched as she plays a key role as the CRMA Network Administrator for our client, the City and Regional Magazine Association.
